The Woolstore Restaurant Tuam

Had breakfast here today 2 of us. My son doesnt eat eggs tomatoes or mushrooms so we asked for an extra sausage and rasher instead of those.
The first issue is that you cannot get coffee with your breakfast.
Service was very mixed up. Tea arrived almost 10 mins ahead of the breakfast. Then the fried food arrived. 6 minutes later the toast arrived.
The food itself wasnt of the highest quality and the rashers were smoked something not mentioned on the menu.
My sons breakfast for some reason also lacked the beans. We were charged 4 Euro extra for the extra sausage and rasher on his plate. So for his 3 sausages 3 rashers and one piece each of black and white pudding plus tea and toast we paid 17.95 and 13.95 for my full Irish.

Total rip of for the quality and quantity of food and considering the service we will not return. One to Avoid

Three of us waited over 30 minutes for bowls of soup here last week during our lunch break and there were only 8 customers present although i did see a woman walking out as noboody served her.
Staff juust dont seem to beaware of their customers. When we eventually did receive soup it was lovely.

Delicious food but I have been here approximately 6 times now including today and every time something has been wrong. My order was wrong today and the waitress come over to mention to me that my food would be with us shortly as I wanted a different food instead when they had brought me a sandwich rather than a burger that I had asked for with no apologies for the mix up for the order. When the food come it was very tasty but also then we had to ask for our drinks as we still hadn't received these. Sadly every time I have dinned here something has been wrong. One time we sat at a table for nearly an hour and couldn't get any service, in the end we went to another restaurant. Eventually the girl did apologies for the mistake today but being accussed of changing my order just didn't sit right.
